We offer 197 rooms, 11 meeting rooms, relaxation with pool and sauna, as well as bar and brasserie NÒR. We are more than a hotel – we are an experience, and you will become part of it! Our team is characterized by personality, passion, and a strive for perfection.

We are now looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and passionate Style Manager. In this key role, you will have full responsibility for the hotel's housekeeping and ensure that every guest is met with a sparkling clean hotel and a magical first impression. You are responsible for both the strategic work and the operations of your department. You will also be part of the hotel's management group and should therefore have an interest in and understanding of the other departments and your important interaction.

Your responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for results, hygiene & quality, personnel, and economy for the department.
• Responsible for recruitment, training, and development within the department.
• Responsible for ensuring the department is updated and knowledgeable about the hotel's fire and safety routines.
• Responsible for continuously following up on employee and guest satisfaction for the department.
• The Style Manager is expected to be operational and capable and willing to perform all tasks carried out by the department's staff.
• On-call duties may occur.
• A complete job description regarding mandate and expectations will be presented upon employment.

This is a permanent full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon.

The position involves varying working hours, with the majority of work during daytime, but also evenings and weekends as needed. That's how it is when you work in a hotel!
