At Forenede Care, we are looking for a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at our special housing facility on Tullkvarnsvägen. At Forenede Care, we value a calm and safe environment that promotes the well-being of our residents. Tullkvarnsvägen is a special housing facility for people over 65 years of age with a care decision, offering a total of 50 places.

As a cleaner with us, you will actively contribute to creating a pleasant, hygienic, and well-maintained environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. You are responsible for keeping common areas clean and cleaning residents' rooms every other week according to the established cleaning schedule. The work requires attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and a positive attitude towards both people and tasks. You thrive in an environment where care and service are in focus, and where you are an important part of the team.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is responsible, self-motivated, and solution-oriented. You see good service as a natural part of your professional responsibility and enjoy creating clean environments. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in cleaning, preferably within elderly care, and a basic understanding of dementia and how to interact with people with dementia.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good experience (advantageous, but not mandatory)
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Has the right attitude and approach to work
• Can work independently and enjoys taking responsibility
• Understands the value of good service and is willing to go the extra mile
• Enjoys variety in work

Job Responsibilities

Your main task is to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment in the care units and common areas, with a focus on quality and hygiene. This includes cleaning in the units, common areas, and residents' rooms.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a colleague for a part-time position at 75%, initially on a probationary contract.

Merits

• SRY or PRYL certification
• Knowledge of Dementia ABC and care environments in nursing homes
• Good knowledge of basic hygiene and cleaning in care environments
