Team Leader for Facility Cleaning

Your personal qualities are crucial for success in this role. The position requires you to be attentive, flexible, and to exercise good judgment, particularly in the management of facilities. As Jamtli is a museum housing sensitive artifacts and furnishings that require special care and caution, diligence and respect for cultural heritage are central to the work.

The position is part of the Property Management and Agriculture department, which is responsible for the maintenance and care of Jamtli’s cultural-historical farms and modern buildings, the historical farm with native livestock, and serves as an efficient support function for other departments.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience and knowledge in facility cleaning, with the ability to independently plan and execute cleaning tasks with good results.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in leading staff.
• Knowledge of methods, products, and machinery within facility cleaning.
• Valid B-driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

Employment Terms

• Permanent position. Jamtli applies a 6-month probationary period.
• Full-time equivalent: 80–100%. The role includes weekend work.
