I am a 28-year-old woman living in Huddinge, and I am currently searching enthusiastically for a fantastic personal assistant. The most important thing is that our personal chemistry works; everything else you can learn from me or my existing assistant team. I am a person who likes things to happen in my life that help release vitality. I am very creative and enjoy creating in many different forms. In my life, it is not uncommon for me to paint, bake, create music, hang out with friends, and watch series/movies – preferably all at the same time! I enjoy traveling, but I also like to take it easy at home. I am very humorous, so I gladly extend your life with many laughs! About you:

• To thrive, you should be a good listener, have understanding for another person's needs, and be able to put those needs at the center.
• You should appreciate working both independently and in a group.
• It is an advantage if you know some form of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) or have an interest in learning it.
• We would like you to be resourceful and creative.
• You should have a positive attitude towards life, as this reflects my own worldview.

• You are comfortable around pets, as I sometimes move in environments where they are present.
• You are smoke-free during working hours.
• You master the Swedish language in speech and writing, which is important as I communicate via AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication).
• You are willing to travel with me, as I primarily travel to my country house, but also occasionally take short leisure trips.

• Experience working as a personal assistant.
• Knowledge of AAC, specifically Bliss.
• Experience working with people with disabilities.

• As a personal assistant for me, you will assist me in living life to the fullest. The tasks vary depending on what I take on, but regardless of what happens, you will be helpful in all parts of life. This could range from being my arms, to helping structure my days, coming up with smart solutions for cleaning – or simply sharing a good laugh together. Therefore, it is important to be a good listener and not be afraid to try something new. The important thing is not what you already know, but how receptive you are to learning how I want my life to be.
• The position is 75% plus staffing responsibility.
• The work is primarily scheduled for evenings and wake nights, but daytime and weekend work occurs regularly.
• Start date according to agreement.
• There is also an opportunity to take extra shifts and accumulate overtime.
• An additional paid assignment is included, which means you share staffing responsibility during illness with other colleagues.

An extended (and paid) staffing assignment is included in this position. This means that during certain weeks, you must be reachable at times other than your working hours, so that in situations where intervention is required, you can call in a substitute or step in yourself to assist.
