OmsorgsCompagniet i Norden provides personal assistance, relief care, escort services, supported living, and service housing.

We are looking for personal assistants for a cheerful and active 27-year-old young man in Nacka with severe autism, self-harming behavior, and epilepsy. He is non-verbal and communicates via pictures. He walks independently.

The role requires you to give him your full attention, maintaining fixed routines and processes to ensure everything functions as smoothly as possible. He has active assistance around the clock, with double assistance during daytime hours.

We are looking for a person who has high energy and commitment, but who is also calm, secure, and empathetic. Experience with autism is a requirement.

The tasks are varied and may include practical support at home as well as activities outside, such as going swimming – therefore, it is important that you can swim. Riding amusement park rides occurs during the season.

Having a driver's license is an advantage, as some activities and errands require a car.

We are looking for temporary staff who can start immediately; working hours vary.
