I am a cheerful and active woman in her 30s, living in Solna. I am currently looking for an assistant for a position of approximately 25–30 hours per week. All assistants have fixed schedules covering weekdays and weekends. It would be great if you could step in when my other assistants are off. Start date is by agreement. I attend day activities on weekdays. On weekends, there is usually double assistance, as I enjoy going on outings and participating in activities that enrich my day. This might include visiting museums, going to the cinema, taking walks in the forest, or dining at restaurants. Therefore, it is a big plus if you are accustomed to utilizing Stockholm's cultural and leisure activities. About you: I am looking for a female assistant who is energetic, proactive, and, like me, social and enjoys going on outings. Sometimes I feel tired and want to take it easy; in those moments, you need to be perceptive and able to read my cues. It is important that you are interested in getting to know me. You will receive training and supervision regarding my disabilities (autism, learning disability, and epilepsy). Experience in care, social services, or pedagogical work is an advantage, as is experience with night shifts. With me, you will work sleeping on-call shifts (5 hours/night). My assistants are employed by Assistans i Balans. This means close communication with supervisors, a thorough and clear introduction that we start immediately, as well as personal supervision and further education. You will receive the support you need to feel secure and professional in your role as my personal assistant.
