Särnmark's headquarters are in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden.

We are now looking for a secure, responsive, and engaged female personal assistant for a woman living in Tyresö. Are you someone who enjoys working closely with people and wants to make a real difference in someone's daily life? Then this might be the job for you.

As a personal assistant, you work in the customer's home and accompany her in her daily activities. Your task is to provide support based on her individual needs and wishes, so that she can live as independent, active, and meaningful a life as possible.

About the position

The tasks are varied and may include, among other things:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Support with mobility
• Cooking and household chores
• Support in daily activities and leisure interests
• Social interaction and companionship

The customer enjoys music, quizzes, crosswords, and board games. She eats mainly a vegetarian diet, as well as fish, eggs, and dairy products, but no meat.

Who are we looking for?

It is important that you understand the consequences of brain injury and epilepsy. Experience working with people with these diagnoses is an advantage.

• Enjoy cooking
• Have experience with assistive devices, such as hand and foot orthoses
• Share the customer's interest in music, quizzes, and general knowledge
• Have a sense of humor and appreciate social community

Qualifications

• You speak and write fluent Swedish.
• You must not be allergic to perfume, animals, or cigarette smoke, as these are present in the customer's home.

Employment type

The position starts as an hourly position as needed. Working hours vary and may include:

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Night shifts with on-call duty
• Weekend work

For the right person, there are good opportunities for a more long-term and permanent position.
