Scope: 75 %

Employment type: Permanent position (starting with a 6-month probation period)

Working hours: Varying start times. Sometimes 05:00, sometimes 11:00.

Salary: According to agreement

Start date: Immediately or by agreement

Driver's license and car: Almost essential as there is no local public transport to Ästad Vingård.

ABOUT ÄSTAD VINGÅRD

Ästad Vingård is one of Sweden's largest vineyards, featuring organic wine cultivation and its own wine production. We primarily grow the Solaris grape with a focus on sparkling wine. The estate offers 82 rooms for overnight guests. It also features Sinnenas Spa, inspired by the surrounding nature reserves of Åkulla Beech Forests. The restaurants Logen and Smakbaren serve everything from breakfast to lunch, snacks, and dinner. Adjacent to Ästad Vingård is also Restaurant ÄNG. Ästad Vingård is a family-owned business in its third generation, located just outside Varberg. Since 2025, we also operate the sister hotel, Varbergs Kusthotell.
