As a Gym Quality & Safety Coordinator at Fitness24Seven, you play a crucial role in delivering an amazing training experience for our members.

At Fitness24Seven, we do not have reception desks. Therefore, this is not a traditional service role, but a practical one where you keep the gym in top shape, ensure everything works as it should, and remain visible on the gym floor among our members. • The position is a part-time role of 20 hours/week, distributed between Monday - Thursday

• Fixed-term employment between Aug 2026 - Aug 2027

• You will rotate between 4 gyms in central Stockholm (Skanstull, Medborgarplatsen, Hammarby Sjöstad & Hornstull)

As a gym employee at Fitness24Seven, things move fast. While you are repairing a broken treadmill, a member might approach you with a question about the gym. You are quick on your feet and can easily provide first-class service to the member, and then return to ensuring the treadmill is working properly. In the role of gym employee, your primary tasks are to:

• Ensure your gyms are accessible, functional, and fresh (you will move between 2–3 gyms per day)

• Organize training equipment and put weights back in place (free workout!)

• Maintain machines (e.g., disassemble, clean, and lubricate)

• Handle simple repairs of machines and equipment, as well as follow up on our monthly safety reports

• Inventory and order consumables

• Arrange Open House events where you are available for members

• Conduct gym introductions: show new members how to use machines and get started with their training

• Perform basic cleaning of training areas, changing rooms, and toilets as needed (cleaning company is available)

As a person, you enjoy working in a gym environment and at a varied pace. If you love training and health, that is a big plus! We are looking for someone who:

• Thrives in independent work and can independently plan and prioritize your own work

• Works in a structured manner and likes order and tidiness

• Enjoys problem-solving and is flexible to meet changes throughout the day

• Likes having a physical job where you move around and use your body

• Feels comfortable in social situations, is accommodating, and professional in interactions with members

• High school diploma

• Swedish and English in speech & writing

• At least 18 years old (independent work occurs)

• Experience in service, property, or maintenance

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
