Personal Assistant Wanted

I am looking for you who are structured, practical, and have good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Due to my paralysis injury, I need an assistant who can be my arms and legs in everyday life. I am fully verbal but cannot write or show things myself. Therefore, I would prefer a woman who is close to laughter and appreciates direct and clear communication. Getting along well and being able to share joy in the work is a great asset.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Household chores
• Personal care and intimate hygiene
• Support in work
• Leisure activities

For me, integrity, respect, and honesty are fundamental for a good collaboration. The tasks vary, and you are offered a good working environment. At the same time, I believe that a well-functioning collaboration is built on both parties contributing – it takes two to tango.

Experience from service occupations is meritorious. You need to be flexible, practical, and able to work based on established routines. The organization around the assistance is well thought out and works well, which makes it important that you are responsive and responsible.
