Job Description: Casual Substitute

We are looking for you who want to work to spread security and joy together with children and educators. You are preferably educated as a preschool teacher (barnskötare) and have experience working in a preschool. It is important that you are flexible and responsible, as substitute positions may be offered with short notice and can consist of both single days and longer periods. You have a good ability to build relationships and communicate with children, guardians, and educators. You are a co-researching educator who is attentive to children's interests and needs. Together with the work team, you contribute to the teaching and support the educators in their daily work. You enjoy conducting teaching both indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Education as a preschool teacher (barnskötare) is desirable
• Work experience within preschool is advantageous
• Good communication skills are required
• Good teamwork skills are required
• You speak Swedish well
• You are flexible and solution-focused
• You are cheerful and accommodating, with a focus on the best interests of all children
• You must be at least 18 years old

• Scope: Varying hours
• Working hours: Daytime
• Start date: Immediately

We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

In the event of employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record register. You must also be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
