Facility Manager, East Region

Five facilities today. More tomorrow.

As the Facility Manager for the East Region at EWG Recycling, you will take responsibility for a growing region where you lead both people and operations. You have overall responsibility for our facilities in Flen, Nykvarn, and Linköping, lead foremen, and become a key player as we continue to expand. This is a role for you if you like being close to the operations but also enjoy taking responsibility for economics, structure, and long-term development.

As Facility Manager for the East Region, you have overall responsibility for the region's operations. You lead four foremen and an organization of approximately fifteen employees. You are responsible for economics, working environment, planning, and follow-up, while ensuring that our permitted facilities meet the environmental and regulatory requirements imposed. You report to the management team and drive the region's development forward.

This is not a desk-only role. You need to enjoy traveling between facilities and be an present leader who supports your foremen and stays close to the operations. At the same time, you must appreciate the administrative aspects of the job. Budgeting, reporting, follow-up, and structure are a natural part of daily life and something you see as a prerequisite for the operations to function well.

We believe you have experience leading operational activities where people, economics, and quality need to interact. Perhaps you come from recycling, contracting, industry, logistics, or another high-paced environment where you are used to taking overall responsibility. You are confident in your leadership, have a business-minded approach, and are equally comfortable out at the facilities as you are in front of a budget or an operational report.
