About the Role
Caleo Omsorg is looking for dedicated, reliable, and responsible employees for our supported housing facility, VuxBo. The service is aimed at adult clients who require structure, support, supervision, and guidance during a time-limited placement.
As an employee, you play a vital role in the daily work of creating safety, clarity, and stability for our clients. The role involves both supportive and supervisory duties, requiring you to combine professional interaction with the ability to enforce rules, conditions, and individual care plans.
Responsibilities
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Ensuring that clients adhere to current rules, routines, and individual conditions during their placement. This may include sobriety checks via urine and breath tests.
- Managing attendance monitoring at the housing facility and following up on client activities through regular contact, phone calls, and visits.
- Providing professional counseling support to clients in their daily lives, contributing to structure, responsibility, and change processes.
- Acting as a contact person for the ordering authority, reporting deviations, and maintaining ongoing documentation, including monthly reports.
- Supporting clients in their interactions with relevant authorities, healthcare providers, employers, educational institutions, and other societal actors.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a relevant educational background and experience working with people in vulnerable life situations. You are self-assured, communicative, responsible, and possess high integrity.
Experience from the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, social services, residential care homes (HVB), supported housing, treatment facilities, addiction care, psychiatry, security work, or other roles involving support, supervision, inter-agency cooperation, and documentation is required.
Experience from the Swedish Prison and Probation Service or related fields is particularly advantageous.
You must have good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a structured manner based on routines, assignments, and established frameworks.
On-call duty with overnight shifts applies.
