We are looking for an Operations Engineer specializing in Active Directory who wants to work with the development and delivery of IT services in a security-sensitive IT environment. Your main tasks will consist of daily operations, monitoring, and alarm management of infrastructure platforms, as well as driving development within your area. As an Operations Engineer, you will have a varied job with broad areas of responsibility in a delivery that handles everything from services related to authentication and permissions, 3rd line support, and DNS.

Responsibilities:

• Management of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
• Responsibility for the operation of authentication and permissions within Active Directory
• Efficiency and automation of methods and systems
• Monitoring and alarm management of infrastructure platforms
• Patching and system updates
• 3rd line troubleshooting for infrastructure issues
• Work in projects for new technical solutions
• Life cycle management

Competency Requirements:

• Extensive experience with PKI/HSM
• Experience with ADDS/ADFS
• Experience with Exchange
• Knowledge of IT-related processes and frameworks such as ITIL

• You understand and embrace high IT security thinking
• You are a natural team player and understand the importance of collaboration and actively sharing experiences

• You have a structured and methodical way of working
• You speak and write fluent Swedish and English

Experience with data center operations or certifications within Microsoft/ITIL is a plus.
