Seeking a Personal Assistant in Järfälla – Responsibility, Safety, and Long-term Commitment

I have a physical disability and am looking for an additional personal assistant to join my small team. It is important to me that you are willing to take on a responsible and long-term role in my daily life, understanding that details, safety, and clear instructions play a significant role. When you are at work, you need to be able to maintain full focus, take guidance seriously, and work with respect for my needs and priorities.

I am looking for a woman, approximately 30–55 years old, who is a non-smoker. I live in Järfälla and lead an active life together with my family. It is crucial to me that you do not see this merely as a job, but as a mission where you support me in what is important in my life and in my interests. You need to understand the significance of details and respect that things sometimes need to be done in a specific way.

Who are you?

The role requires you to take safety and instructions very seriously. You need to feel comfortable being guided and receiving clear instructions on how different tasks should be performed. You have a strong value base and an inherent respect for the equal worth of all people.

As a person, you are humble, mature, and reliable. You have positive energy, are engaged, and ready to work when you are on site. During your shifts, you need to put your own needs aside and have full focus on your assignment. You are both physically and mentally strong, accustomed to working actively, standing, or moving around a lot during the day.

The work involves personal care, so it is important that you feel comfortable with personal hygiene and maintain good personal hygiene yourself. You are flexible regarding both tasks and working hours, and your attitude is characterized by responsibility and willingness to work.

Working Conditions and Schedule

With me, you will work day and night shifts. My wish is that you work approximately 3 shifts (75%) on a rotating schedule, but periodically you will need to take extra shifts and provide support when your colleagues are on vacation.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Applications with a personal letter and photo are prioritized, as I appreciate knowing who you are.
