We are looking for several engaged and confident personal assistants for an active man in his 50s who, due to his illness, has extensive care needs and requires support and assistance in his daily life to live independently. We are looking for both permanent personal assistants and substitutes. About the role As a personal assistant, you will be a support in all aspects of daily life, both inside and outside the home. The work involves providing support with personal care, transfers, meals, and other daily activities based on the client's wishes and daily support needs. You will support the client in creating an active and meaningful daily life by taking walks and accompanying them to rehabilitation several times a week. The client is tall and has reduced balance, so you need to feel confident in providing physical support as transfers are performed several times a day. Who are you? We are looking for several personal assistants who are positive, calm, and enjoy being a support in someone's daily life. You contribute with security, motivation, and good company. It is a plus if you enjoy exercise, health, and sports, as the client has a strong interest in sports. This is a new assignment, and you have the chance to help shape the setup from the beginning. Experience in similar work is a plus, but the most important thing is the personal chemistry and that you are engaged and confident in your role. What can you expect from the job?
