Job Responsibilities

Do you want a meaningful job where you create security and provide care for our clients in home care services?

As a substitute in home care, you play an important role in providing care, support, and dignity. You will substitute for permanent staff during their absence or work when there is an extra need for staff in the operations.

With good customer service, a high degree of service, and professionalism, you perform assistance assessments based on the implementation plan.

The role requires significant personal responsibility, and duties include personal care, shopping, laundry, cleaning, and social documentation.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a genuine commitment to care and support. We would appreciate it if you had previous experience working in elderly care.

You are responsible, sensitive to the individual's needs, and able to quickly adapt to changes in work and prioritize according to current conditions. We expect that you have an easy time building relationships, that you have a respectful approach, and good empathetic skills.

You can work independently, are responsible, and confident.

It is an advantage if you have completed or are currently studying the Care and Nursing Program, the Nursing Program, or another suitable care education.

In all areas, you need to master the Swedish language well in speech and writing and be open to delegated responsibility for medication. You should have good computer skills as we work with electronic documentation.

To work in our operations, you must be at least 18 years old. A Category B driver's license is required for work in home care. You need to be an experienced driver regardless of weather conditions.

Employment Type and Conditions

Employment Type: Summer Job / Holiday Work.
Duration: 3-6 months, start date: According to agreement. It can be immediate or as soon as possible during the summer. In our questionnaire, you specify when you wish to start working.

In the questionnaire linked to the application, you answer whether you want to work full-time or part-time, and in what type of operation you prefer to work. You also state when you wish to start and which weeks you have the opportunity to work this summer.
