About the Role

We are now looking for a Technical Sales Specialist for our Power business area in Älmhult. Here, you will play a key role in developing the business by creating new customer relationships, developing existing collaborations, and driving sales processes from initial contact to closed deal. You will work closely with customers, colleagues, and other functions within W5 Solutions to ensure our solutions meet customer needs and contribute to long-term business relationships.

You will become part of an engaged sales team and have the opportunity to work with technically advanced products and solutions on both the Swedish and international markets. We are in an exciting growth phase where you, together with your colleagues, will play an important role in our continued expansion and contribute to strengthening W5 Solutions' market position.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying business opportunities and customers and building business
  • Winning deals of varying complexity and on different markets
  • Project management of quotation and other sales projects
  • Contributing expertise in development and delivery projects
  • Physical customer visits, both national and international

Who We Are Looking For

To succeed in the role, we would like you to:

  • Have several years of experience from successful international sales, preferably within the defense sector
  • Have experience in technical sales and preferably hold a technical degree
  • Live within commuting distance to Älmhult
  • Have the possibility and interest in traveling between 40–60 days per year
  • Have fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Have good knowledge of the Office package
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious qualifications:

  • Technical understanding of power systems, electricity distribution, simulators, and similar
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager
  • Experience working within or in collaboration with the Swedish Armed Forces
  • Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM
  • Good knowledge of German and/or French, or another European language
