As one of our current Quality Assistant Nurses is moving on to another position within the organization, we ask: Do you want to take the next step in your role as an Assistant Nurse and help develop future home care services?
As a Quality Assistant Nurse, you will provide support and guidance in daily work and be responsible for methodological supervision. The role involves staying up-to-date with new legislation and routines and taking responsibility for implementing these new working methods. You are skilled at creating routines and functional processes in daily work. In close collaboration with team leaders and unit managers, you will help monitor the unit's goals and results.

DUTIES:
As a Quality Assistant Nurse, you have an extended responsibility to ensure that our care is not only good but maintains high quality. You participate in direct care work, but your unique role means you are also a strong driver of our improvement work. You become a key person in our quality team and act as the link between overarching goals and practical daily work.
Your main duties:
- Education & Supervision: You conduct internal training for your colleagues, lead introductions, and act as a mentor for new employees.
- Team Meetings & Collaboration: You are an active and driving force in the unit's quality team and at team meetings. You collaborate closely with the unit manager, licensed staff, and other employees to achieve our goals.
- Implementation of New Routines: You take significant responsibility for introducing and following new working methods in the staff group. You ensure that improvements move from plan to practical action.
- Quality Assurance: You drive value-based work, ensure that implementation plans meet high standards, increase knowledge regarding social documentation, and monitor developments in digital technology.
- Direct Care: You work a large part of your time in practical care, serving as a role model in the close work with our users.
QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for you who are trained as an Assistant Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in care work and experience with Senior Alert, BPSD, and the various ombuds roles required in home care.
You are a humble team player with high flexibility. Your strong professional pride serves as an inspiration for the team, and you switch seamlessly between close care and strategic development. The role requires that you are comfortable speaking in front of groups and can lead structured meetings. Thanks to your pedagogical approach, you easily guide others and create engagement within the staff group.
Experience with the business system Lifecare and extensive experience with social documentation is meritorious. It is also meritorious to have previously worked with digital development within welfare technology.
A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:
- Permanent position
- Start date: ASAP or as agreed
- Full-time (100%)
- Work schedule includes days, evenings, and weekends
- Individual and differentiated salary setting applies.
- Collective agreement: The Main Agreement of the agreement area with associated General Provisions and its appendices, or alternatively PAN – salary and employment conditions for personal assistants and relatives' caregivers, applies.
OTHER:
Employment requires the presentation of an extract from the criminal record and suspicion register according to the law (2026:43) on register control when working in the homes of elderly persons or adults with disabilities. Please order your extract via the Police Authority's e-service.
