First-line Social Services

Haninge Municipality was early to establish a First-line Social Services unit. Within the First Line, we have gathered early and preventive advice and support measures with the aim of offering residents help at an early stage to prevent serious problems. We must be close to the residents and it should be easy to contact social services. One of many operations within the First-line Social Services is the Domestic Violence Team.

We are now looking for a substitute social secretary for the Domestic Violence Team

Your assignment

As a social secretary in the Domestic Violence Team, your main task is to offer support to adults who are victims of violence and those who perpetrate violence, enabling them to live a life free from violence. The assignment includes providing advice and support to, as well as investigating applications for support and protection from, persons who are victims of or perpetrators of violence in a close relationship or in an honor context. Persons exposed to prostitution and human trafficking for sexual purposes are also included in the target group.

We are keen to offer high accessibility, and together with colleagues, you are responsible for the team's reception phone and email. By combining authority exercise and conversation support within the same team, short decision paths and cohesive support for the target group are offered.

  • Training in FREDA
  • Training in PATRIARK
  • Experience working with ISU
  • Experience working with FIT (Feedback Informed Treatment)

Your competencies:

  • You are trustworthy and have good collaboration skills
  • You drive your tasks forward in an autonomous and responsible manner
