InGruppen (Installationsgruppen i Stockholm AB) was founded in 2002 and is still managed by its founders. At Installationsgruppen, we exclusively work with sales, design, project management, and installation of telecommunications, data, fiber optics, alarms, CCTV, and indoor coverage for 4G, 5G, and RAKEL. Installationsgruppen manages projects and installs physical infrastructure. The scope of installations varies from complete general contracts down to minor service tasks. Installationsgruppen has extensive experience with complex projects with a strong customer focus. The business is growing, and we need to hire more employees for Västerås.

Are you hands-on and technically interested?

As a future installation technician at Installationsgruppen, you will primarily work with simpler tasks such as cable pulling initially, and later learn to install telecommunications, data, fiber optics, alarms, CCTV, and indoor coverage for 4G, 5G, and RAKEL. You will do a fair amount of physical work, so it is beneficial if you have good physical fitness, enjoy varied tasks, and like going out to help various customers alongside a more experienced colleague. The role involves pulling cables, performing installations, labeling, and documenting at our customers' sites, mainly located in the Mälaren Valley and Greater Stockholm area.

Sometimes we also have assignments elsewhere in Sweden, and occasionally we have work abroad. This means it is a varied job with many larger and smaller projects, so it is important that you enjoy changing environments from time to time.

You need to have a genuine technical interest in problem-solving, not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" for practical work, and most importantly – HIGH WORK ETHIC, which is part of our corporate culture. If you have technical education and/or are generally good with construction or are a handy "country boy/girl" who knows a bit about electricity, that is of course a plus, but the absolute most important thing is that you are productive, results-oriented, and have the interest and ambition to learn to become skilled. Perhaps you have tried jobs in the construction industry as a carpenter or assembler, or maybe you have experience from the IT world. Regardless of your background, your ambition is to deliver good craftsmanship, develop, and become skilled at what you do.
