AB OmsorgsCompagniet i Norden has been operating since 2003. We are currently established in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro, and Trollhättan. OmsorgsCompagniet i Norden provides personal assistance, substitute care, escort services, supported housing, and supported living.

We are now seeking personal assistants for a young wheelchair user in Haninge. We are looking for both full-time and part-time employees starting from October 1st.

About the position

As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in the client's daily life and contribute to creating security, independence, and good quality of life. The tasks include personal care, transfers, support with daily activities, and accompanying the client to various activities outside the home.

The client is wheelchair-bound, which means that experience with transfers and the use of assistive devices, such as lifts, is advantageous. You need to feel comfortable working closely with another person and be able to adapt your working methods to the client's needs and wishes.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience working as a personal assistant or within healthcare and social care.
• Has experience with transfers and assistive devices, such as patient lifts.
• Is responsible, flexible, and has a good attitude towards people.
• Has good teamwork skills but can also work independently.
• Speaks and understands Swedish well.

Personal suitability is of great importance. We are looking for someone who is secure, attentive, and has a genuine interest in working with people.
