Are you curious to learn more about optics and eye health? Then we have the perfect job for you. We are now looking for a retail sales assistant who wants to become part of the team at Specsavers in Helsingborg City. The position is a permanent part-time role at 80% with a 6-month probation period. Start date is in September or as agreed. The store's opening hours are weekdays 09:00–18:00 and Saturdays 10:00–15:00. We follow the collective agreement of the Swedish Retail and Hospitality Workers' Union (Handels). Work is scheduled on a rotating basis with shifts on weekdays and every other weekend. Your responsibilities You do not need prior experience in optics – we provide you with a thorough introduction through practical on-the-job training in the store combined with digital courses. After the introduction, you will become an important part of the customer experience in the store, where you welcome customers, explain the importance of eye examinations, and tell about Specsavers' concept and offers. You help customers find the right frames, lenses, or contact lenses based on the optometrist's recommendations and ensure that every customer leaves the store happy and eager to return, while also being an ambassador for Specsavers' goal to make better eye health accessible to everyone. We are looking for someone who:

• Is engaged, customer-focused, and ready to take responsibility
• Has experience from the service industry, preferably within retail
• Has experience from the optics industry, which is an advantage
• Is social and has an easy time building good customer relationships
• Has a strong sales drive and thrives working actively towards sales targets and results
• Is flexible and enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Learns new things easily and wants to develop in your role
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
