Motor Trend AB is a family-owned company founded in Mariestad in 1984 and has been an authorized Toyota dealer since its inception. Today, we are represented in ten locations across West Sweden, offering authorized full-service facilities with car sales, service workshops, and spare parts sales in Mariestad, Skara, Lidköping, Karlstad, Arvika, Skene, Kungsbacka, Varberg, Falkenberg, and Halmstad. Additionally, Motor Trend is one of nine authorized Lexus dealers in Sweden, with our exclusive Lexus facility established in Karlstad. Our certified Lexus workshops are located in Karlstad, Mariestad, and Halmstad.

About the role
As a Backoffice Service Advisor, you handle customer service for the service market in the locations of Mariestad, Lidköping, and Skara. You manage customer cases, bookings, and sales via phone and other digital channels, playing a key role in supporting the interaction between the customer and the workshop. In your role, you are offered continuous training and development to strengthen your competencies.

  • Meet customer needs via phone and digital channels
  • Proactive service booking
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Active sales and upselling
  • Book recall campaigns
  • Ensure efficient workshop planning
  • Limited economic responsibility
  • Follow and develop company procedures

We are looking for you who

  • Have experience in customer service
  • Are service-oriented and communicative
  • Are structured and organized
  • Have good computer skills
  • Have a broad and natural interest in different types of vehicles and their functions
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
