About the role: As a vehicle technician at Brandt Personbilar, you work with Volvo and have a broad role that combines technology, administration, and customer contact. You receive customers via phone and booking system, plan work and spare parts, and follow up on the car's total service needs. You perform service and repair work, participate in training, and ensure that the customer receives clear feedback when picking up the car. The work involves a mix of mechanical work, troubleshooting, administration, and customer dialogue. You work closely with your colleagues, often in pairs, with support from a coach and manager at the facility.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience as a vehicle technician, car mechanic, or service technician with good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, service, and repair.
• Has solid vehicle technical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting.
• Has worked with the Allbilsystemet (All Car System) and feels confident in both simpler and more advanced tasks.
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish.
• Has good computer skills and understanding of administrative processes.

Meritorious qualifications include:

• Previous experience with Volvo.
• Good English skills.
• Some form of leadership experience or ambition to take more responsibility.

• Comfortable with customer contact and following processes.
