About Us

The Health Centre in Lysekil is an established and appreciated operation with approximately 6,500 registered patients. We work in teams and invest in the education of future general specialists. Today, our medical team consists of 12 doctors, including 3 general specialists, 1 geriatrician, and 3 ST-doctors (specialists in training). We are now looking for you who want to complement our team.

A psychologist and a rehabilitation coordinator also work here, integrated with the other professions. We have extensive experience in introducing new doctors and providing a secure start in the profession. As part of Närhälsan, you will have good development opportunities, including internal training and mentorship programs. About the Job

Your duties at the health centre will involve standard health centre work. Your patients are triaged to your booking centre via the nurse, whom you manage together with your booking coordinator. You assess whether the patient needs a scheduled visit, telephone contact, or letter. You also choose when the patient should be booked in. In this way, you own your own schedule and have full control over when patients are booked. You will also participate in our assessment team, where we handle acute patients. There, you will work in a team together with nurses and assistant nurses.

About You

You are a licensed doctor and have specialist training in the field of general medicine with the eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, at level C1 or higher according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement for the position.

We are looking for someone who is receptive and has a good manner of dealing with people, as you will meet many different patients at the health centre. You work independently and are confident in making your own decisions, while contributing with commitment and initiative to the development of the operation. You thrive in teamwork and enjoy collaborating with colleagues and partners to create a care environment characterized by quality, trust, and consideration.
