We are now looking for a Supervisor within Operations and Maintenance for the Norrköping operational area. Your role as Supervisor

As a Supervisor at Svevia, you are the engine in the field, managing daily operations. The core of the role involves planning, executing, and following up on assigned tasks with a focus on operations and maintenance work. During the ground season, you may also lead smaller earthworks and construction contracts within the operational area.

The role also includes supporting the site manager in daily tasks such as customer contacts, production control, financial monitoring, and invoicing. No two days are alike, and you have significant autonomy and responsibility to independently plan your day based on client contracts and Svevia's working methods.

The position includes summer and winter readiness, with responsibility for dispatching snowplow and anti-icing units. This is a permanent position with a start date to be agreed upon. We offer individual salary setting. The position is based within the operational area, with possible office locations in Linköping or Norrköping.

To be considered for the Supervisor position, we would like you to have:

  • Experience leading personnel within operations and maintenance, or alternatively within road and construction activities
  • A valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing, and good computer skills.

A Category C license is a merit.
