Your Role

We are now looking for an ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) Project Manager for our Support Solution department, focusing on new business. We are in a growth phase with several ongoing delivery projects and major market activities for future business ahead. Are you a confident and communicative project manager with a technical interest? In the role of ILS Project Manager, you will be a natural and important part of our campaigns for both existing and future business. In close collaboration with other units within Saab, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and optimizing ILS offers at a higher system level within airborne surveillance radar systems. The role also includes responsibility for developing effective ILS and maintenance solutions within our various sales campaigns.

In addition to daily operations, you will contribute to our campaign work within the AEW (Airborne Early Warning) business. You will also be responsible for Saab's consolidated ILS commitments in connection with our campaigns.

The Business Unit Airborne Early Warning has commercial responsibility for all airborne surveillance systems within Saab. The responsibility includes all activities from marketing, sales, product management, integration, and verification, as well as aftermarket activities.

The Support Solution department within Program Support is responsible for program management and commercial management of support contracts globally. The operations also include a responsibility to work in campaigns and be responsible for the ILS and support offer at the Lead System Integrator level for future business. Our operations are conducted both nationally and internationally. A large part of us is based in Linköping, Arboga, and Gothenburg, but the work is also performed at other business units engaged in the delivery and support of airborne surveillance radar systems, such as GlobalEye.

Your Profile

We are looking for you with a strong interest in technology who has the ability to understand details while simultaneously seeing the big picture. To succeed in the role, you must be a structured and results-oriented person with good collaboration skills and a strong interest in creating the team spirit that contributes to achieving our set goals. You are also flexible, communicative, and receptive, which helps you build trust and engagement among those you meet in your daily work, both colleagues and customers.

To fit the role, we believe you have the following competencies and qualities:

• Experience in project management
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Understanding and experience of ILS processes or Systems Engineering (SE)
• Previous experience within civil or military aviation operations is meritorious
• Previous experience in working with tenders, marketing, or sales is also meritorious, but not a requirement
