We are now looking for temporary staff (casual workers) for both nursing homes and home care services.
Here, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our residents and provide care, support, and assistance based on their individual needs, always with a positive attitude and a warm heart 🌸
Here you will find meaningful, varied, and important work, where no two days are alike.
Responsibilities
As a temporary staff member, you work on an as-needed basis, for example when permanent staff are sick or on leave. You will receive:
- ✅ an introduction to the workplace
- ✅ support from permanent staff
- ✅ help getting started with our booking system, Time Care Pool
You control your own availability, and working hours can be during the day, evening, or on weekends ⏰
Qualifications
To work with us, you need:
- to be at least 18 years old
- a desire to help others and contribute to quality of life
- A valid driver's license is required 🚗
You do not need previous experience – the most important things are attitude, commitment, and a sense of responsibility.
We prefer that you are available to work both weekdays and weekends, and that you are available for at least three shifts per week.

What does our recruitment process look like?

- You must provide references from your current or most recent manager or supervisor, including name, phone number, and email address. Do you have no previous work experience? Provide one of your high school teachers as a reference.
- If you are not a citizen of the EU/EEA area, a work permit is required; this does not apply to you if you have a permanent residence permit. The work permit must be presented at the interview.
In this recruitment process, you do not need a cover letter; instead, you will need to answer several screening questions.
