As a supervisor in employment, you work to create meaningful and developmental activities for our participants. In this role, you use yourself as a working tool and build professional relationships through respectful treatment. You support participants based on their individual needs and motivate them towards increased independence and participation.

You will work together with your colleagues and rotate between our different operations: The Recycling Center, The Meeting Place, The Activity House, and The Recycling Station. In the autumn, we will also open a new meeting place in central Sigtuna, where you will also be involved.

The role includes planning, implementing, and following up on activities together with participants. You work methodically together with your fellow supervisors and actively contribute to the development of the operations through engagement, creativity, and a solution-oriented approach.

Employment is an operation in development, which means the role may change based on operational needs. Therefore, it is important that you are prepared to work in our different operations and adapt your working style to the conditions of the target group and the operation.

As a supervisor, you work based on the laws, guidelines, and methods that govern the operation. If needed, you will also support the housing support services of social psychiatry.

Together with your fellow supervisors, you will work for an operation characterized by cooperation, quality, and continuous development, where you jointly plan, follow up, and develop the work.

You have several years of experience working within social psychiatry as well as experience in psychiatry, treatment, or pedagogical work. You express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish, as documentation is part of the job.

A category B driver's license for manual transmission is required.

It is meritorious if you have education in SE (Supported Employment), SED (Supported Education), or IPS (Individual Placement and Support).

As a person, you are secure, responsible, and have good self-awareness. You take initiative, work structured, and have the ability to plan, organize, and complete your work. You are flexible and solution-oriented and can adapt when the needs of the operation or target group change.

You have a professional attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a positive view of people. You collaborate well with others while being able to work independently and contribute to the development of the operation. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
