The client is a 15-year-old boy with autism. As a personal assistant, you will accompany the client to various activities. The position starts in mid-August. The role also includes statutory documentation in our digital systems. Therefore, it is important that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language and experience using computers and smartphones. Responsibilities As a personal assistant, you provide individually adapted support based on the client's needs, wishes, and conditions. This may include, for example:
- Accompanying the client to activities
- Providing support and motivation
- Has previous experience working as a personal assistant
- Has experience with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPV/ND)
- Education in areas such as autism, ADHD/ADD, intellectual disability, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), or low-affective handling.
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- A varied and meaningful job
- Introduction at the client's home and in our digital business systems
- Health and wellness allowance
- Training in personal assistance and CPR
- Employment terms according to collective agreement via Vårdföretagarna
