Förslöv is located on the scenic Bjäre Peninsula in northwestern Scania. Förslöv Primary Healthcare Centre is growing, and we now have approximately 6,200 registered patients and 24 dedicated employees working in teams for the benefit of the patient. Our facilities have also been expanded, and the operations have been conducted in completely newly renovated premises since autumn 2022.

We offer good accessibility with high quality and professional treatment. Our goal is good health and quality of life for our patients, ensuring they connect with the right person and receive the right care. We offer a doctor's clinic, child health center (BVC), district nurse clinic, as well as specialist clinics for conditions such as diabetes, asthma/COPD, and elderly care. Physiotherapists, counselors, occupational therapists, and dietitians also work with us.

Job Description

We are now looking forward to welcoming a new district nurse colleague to our wonderful team!

You will become part of an exciting and learning organization where we continuously develop our operations. We offer an interesting and developing position with the opportunity to divide your time between our elderly care clinic, primary healthcare center, and district nurse clinic. At our elderly care clinic, you are an important part of creating continuity and involvement for our elderly patients. Furthermore, common tasks include reception work, telephone advice, triage, and assessments.

Qualifications

We welcome you who are a licensed district nurse with the authorization to work within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement for the position, as well as a valid B-driver's license. We would appreciate it if you have experience in primary care, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.

For you, good treatment with the patient in focus is a matter of course. You thrive in collaboration with your colleagues but also have the ability to independently organize your work and make your own decisions. We want you to have a positive attitude and contribute to finding solutions that move us forward. You need to feel secure that tasks may vary and be able to be flexible when the situation requires it. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
