Are you a night owl who loves the hospitality industry, world-class service, and wants a secure, permanent position with a rotating schedule? We are now looking for an enthusiastic Night Receptionist for a permanent placement with our attractive hotel client in Kista. You will be employed directly by us at RA Hospitality and work as an important ambassador on-site at the client's location.

As a Night Receptionist, you have overall responsibility for the hotel during the quieter hours of the day. Your duties include checking guests in and out, administration in the booking system, light cleaning/preparations, and maintaining a high level of safety and service.

Work in the reception is carried out independently, but you are never completely alone as there is always a security guard on-site at the hotel for your and the guests' safety.

• Employment Type: Permanent employment (permanent position) with RA Hospitality, starting with a probationary period.

• Employment Level: 73–93 %.

• Working Hours: Fixed rotating schedule: every other week (Monday–Sunday), night shift. You work intensively for one week and are then off for the following week!

• Start Date: August 14th.

• Onboarding: Training takes place on-site on 7/8 & 8/8.

• Previous experience from hotel reception.

• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
