In recent years, more and more of our customers have requested support in systematic fire protection work and preventive fire safety. Now we are taking the next step.

We are building a new offering within Elajo and are looking for you who want to be involved from the start.

This is not just a new service. It is an opportunity to help shape how we work, develop our services, and create value for our customers in an area that is becoming increasingly important for future operations.

The location is negotiable based on our Elajo offices, with priority given to areas where customer demand is currently highest. However, this initiative is long-term and has the potential to create value for customers across all of Elajo.

A role that creates security before anything happens

The best fire protection is often the kind that never needs to be used. When fire doors work. When escape routes are clear. When routines are in place. When people know what to do. Few think about all the work that lies behind it.

But behind every secure operation are people working preventively, systematically, and long-term. This is where you come in.

As a specialist in systematic fire protection work, you will help our customers create safer workplaces, meet legal requirements, and develop their safety work. You will become a consulting partner who helps customers identify risks, strengthen their routines, and create long-term sustainable solutions.

A role with the opportunity to influence

This is a new initiative for Elajo. Therefore, you will not only work with customers and operational assignments, but you will also help develop how we build this area forward.

Day-to-day in the role

Depending on your experience and the customers' needs, the work may include among other things:

• Systematic fire protection work (SBA)
• Fire safety rounds, controls, and follow-ups
• Documentation and quality assurance
• Consulting for customers within fire protection and security
• Risk assessments and improvement work
• Training and support for customers' organizations
• Development of Elajo's offering to our customers, not just within SBA

Travel is part of the role, and assignments will be carried out at several of Elajo's locations.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have

• Experience in systematic fire protection work (SBA)
• Good understanding of fire protection regulations and preventive fire safety work
• Experience working independently and building trust with customers
• Good administrative skills and habit of documenting and following up on work
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

You might currently work as an SBA technician, fire protection technician, fire protection coordinator, fire protection consultant, or in a related field. The most important thing is that you have experience with SBA and are driven by helping customers create safer and more secure operations.
