The specialized palliative care in Dalarna is a county-wide clinic with several teams covering the entire region. We work with a holistic perspective and strive to create security and a good quality of life for patients and their relatives.

As a nurse with us, you will provide specialized palliative care in the patient's home. You will meet patients of all ages with various diagnoses and complex symptoms. Your responsibilities include:

• Assessment and planning of care based on the patient's needs and health status
• Medical technology and nursing care, such as managing central lines, drainage, and medication via pump
• Symptom relief and support for patients and relatives
• Collaboration within a team of doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and social workers to create a secure and cohesive care plan
• Independent work with significant responsibility and freedom – you plan your day and spend a large part of your time at the patients' homes

Night duty on-call from home occurs approximately one week per month.

Requirements:

• Licensed Nurse
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
