We are now looking for a new colleague for the customer reception at our Volkswagen facility in Malmö. As a Service Advisor, you enjoy receiving customers and providing excellent service, combined with a liking for administrative work.

Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers throughout their visit to our workshop. Your responsibilities include:

• Scheduling customers for service or repairs.
• Receiving and handing over vehicles.
• Invoicing and calling customers with price quotes.
• Pricing work performed in the workshop, assessing, and settling warranty claims.
• Handling insurance cases and customer complaints.

Who are you?

To thrive in this role, we see that you have:

• At least one year of work experience in a service-related profession.
• Good administrative skills and attention to detail in your work.
• Experience in handling customers via phone and in person.
• Good computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).

You are flexible, enjoy switching between different tasks in a sometimes fast-paced environment, and appreciate that no two days are the same.
