Akademiska Hus is now looking for a Maintenance Technician who wants to become part of our dedicated team. Here, we work together to create sustainable and inspiring knowledge environments.
As a Maintenance Technician in the Östermalm area, you have a broad and operational role where you, together with colleagues, are responsible for stable, safe, and customer-oriented property management. You work closely with KTH, one of our largest and most important customers, and serve as a key contact person for our tenants. You contribute through high visibility, proactive service, and clear communication. The area includes both modern facilities with cutting-edge installations regarding technical standards, innovation, and sustainability, as well as older buildings from the last century where our work on development and energy efficiency is a central part.
The position is based at our newly renovated and pleasant office at KTH Campus, where all properties are located within the campus area, creating proximity in daily life. You report to the Group Manager for Maintenance Technology & Service.
Does this sound like an opportunity for you? Take the chance and apply now! The advertisement is active during the summer period, and selection and feedback will begin in week 34, but do not wait with your application as the position may be filled before the final application deadline of August 30th.
In this recruitment, Akademiska Hus collaborates with Randstad. If you have questions about the position or the process, you are welcome to contact the hiring manager, Joni Elias ([email protected]) Group Manager, or the responsible recruitment consultant at Randstad, Linda Cooper ([email protected]). Welcome to a workplace where your ideas and initiatives are valued and where you can help shape the future!
