We are looking for a sous chef who can take on a leading role with responsibility for quality assurance and organization in the kitchen, à la carte service, and event operations/catering.

You are a driven and goal-oriented person with a great passion for your profession. We place great emphasis on your personality and leadership skills in building successful teams. You are a stable and confident individual with a high sense of service and good collaboration skills, setting high standards for yourself and those around you. To thrive in this role, you must have good structure, attention to detail, and a strong desire to develop. You must be accustomed to a fast-paced work environment and capable of taking overall responsibility.

You need to have a background in a relevant vocational education and at least 5 years of professional experience, along with competence in all sections of the kitchen. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required. Additional experience, preferably in a leadership position, is considered an asset.

The head chef, John Nguyen, holds the main responsibility for the kitchen.

The position is full-time (100%). The employment is permanent following a 6-month probationary period. Palmgrengruppen is a member of Visita and applies collective agreements. Isaberg is a smoke-free workplace.
