We are looking for an engaged and business-driven Account Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our customer relationships and contribute to continued growth. In this role, you will become a key person in the collaboration with our customers, working closely with both internal teams and the customer organization to create long-term and profitable business.

You are driven by understanding the customer's business, identifying new business opportunities, and turning strategies into concrete results. You thrive in an operational daily routine where you develop long-term collaborations, drive the business forward, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will become part of our Account Management department, which currently consists of two people, and report directly to the CEO.

About the role

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing customer business within one or more business areas. You ensure that the customer strategy is implemented and act as the customer's primary contact person. Through close collaboration with internal functions, you create the prerequisites for high quality, profitability, and long-term growth.

Your main responsibilities

  • Responsible for and executing the customer strategy with a focus on long-term business development.
  • Build, develop, and maintain relationships with key contacts at customer organizations.
  • Identify customer needs and ensure that our products and services meet their expectations.
  • Forecast and follow up on sales, as well as analyze business results and market trends.
  • Responsible for pricing and providing decision-making materials for commercial decisions.
  • Monitor profitability at the product and customer level and drive improvement initiatives together with internal functions.
  • Measure and develop customer satisfaction through structured improvement work.
  • Ensure close and professional dialogue with customers through ongoing communication.

We are looking for you who

  • Have experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, or a similar commercial role, preferably with leadership experience.
  • Have documented experience in developing and managing long-term customer relationships.
  • Have a good understanding of sales, business development, and market dynamics.
  • Are a skilled communicator and negotiator with strong business acumen.
  • Have good leadership skills and enjoy creating networks and collaborations.
  • Have a commercial and operational holistic perspective.
  • Are accustomed to giving presentations and driving sales dialogues.
  • Have experience working in an international environment and are sensitive to cultural differences.
  • Fluently speak and write Swedish and English. Additional languages are an asset.
  • Have a university or college degree, preferably with a technical or business background, or equivalent experience.
