CNC Operator with Leadership Ambitions in Mjölby

Do you have extensive experience in CNC and the manufacturing industry, along with an interest in developing processes and driving improvement work? We are looking for a CNC Operator who wants to combine operational work with taking a key role in the team.

About the Client Company

Our client is a leading contract manufacturer of sheet metal components with high ambitions and a modern, developmental work environment. With two automated production facilities and a strong focus on quality, the company is in an expansion phase, creating great opportunities for you as an employee.

Your Responsibilities

You will work with mechanical sheet metal processing and handle advanced CNC-controlled machines for cutting sheet metal. The work involves setting up, running, and monitoring machines, as well as contributing to the improvement and development of processes. You will work with machine brands such as Kitamura, Haas, and Doosan.

Your Profile

We are looking for you with education or experience in CNC and the manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on cutting and sheet metal processing. You are meticulous, structured, and take initiative. We would appreciate it if you had experience in a leading role and enjoy taking responsibility for driving the department forward.

Requirements:

• Experience with CNC machining
• Good drawing reading skills
• Forklift license and overhead crane license

Merits:

• Programming skills
• Experience with 5S, SMED
• Familiarity with Kitamura, Haas, and Doosan machines

Conditions

Start: August

Location: Mjölby

Working Hours: Daytime, shift work may occur.

Scope: Full-time, fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension or direct hire by the client company

Salary: According to the client's GFL and current collective agreement
