As a Project Manager here, you will play a central role, responsible for and ensuring that our projects are profitable all the way from start to finish.

Focus in your role

In the role of Project Manager, you lead construction projects from start to finish. You have overall responsibility for the project's budget, results, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction. You are the hub in the collaboration between the customer, suppliers, and our internal resources.

You will, among other things:

• Be responsible for the project's planning regarding time, budget, and resources
• Have close dialogue with the customer and ensure that the delivery matches their needs
• Lead and coordinate the project team and subcontractors
• Work with cooperation, framework, and project agreements
• Follow up on the project budget and perform financial reporting
• Identify risks and ensure that the project's goals are met

If we could wish for anything

We believe you have a background in construction technology and have gathered a few years of experience in construction production – preferably in a project management role. Perhaps you currently work as a site foreman, designer, or project manager and feel ready for the next challenge. The most important thing for us is that you have a holistic mindset, are solution-oriented, and enjoy taking responsibility.

We believe you have:

• A construction technology education, preferably at a post-secondary level
• Experience leading construction projects – large and small
• Good knowledge of costing, budgeting, and financial follow-up
• Understanding of contracting law and different production methods
• Experience from steel construction is an advantage
