Supply Chain Manager – Strategic leader with drive to develop the entire value chain

Do you want to take a key role in a growing industrial company where you have the opportunity to influence and develop the entire value chain, from purchasing and production to logistics? We are now looking for a business-minded and engaged Supply Chain Manager who wants to combine strategic work with close collaboration in the operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Supply Chain Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the company's supply chain and become an important part of the management group. You are responsible for developing and streamlining flows, processes, and ways of working with a focus on quality, delivery security, and profitability.

The role involves personnel responsibility for five direct reports and indirect responsibility for approximately 20 employees within production. You work closely with the operations and serve as a natural link between purchasing, production, logistics, and other functions.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for and develop purchasing, production, and logistics.
• Ensure efficient material and production flows.
• Drive improvement and development projects within supply chain.
• Work strategically with planning, capacity, and resource optimization.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze business results to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees and managers within the area of responsibility.
• Contribute actively to the company's management group and long-term business development.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

We are looking for you who have experience in a leading role within supply chain, production, or operations in a manufacturing industrial company. You have a good understanding of how purchasing, production, and logistics interact and are driven towards common goals.

You likely have a background from the machine industry, preferably within the automotive or defense industry. If you have a university degree in engineering, we see it as an advantage.

• Have a strategic perspective but appreciate working close to production and daily operations.
• Are a confident and communicative leader who creates engagement and involvement.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Are willing to travel in connection with customer and/or supplier visits or trade fairs.
