About the role

As a CNC Operator, you will take on a flexible role where you switch between different processing stations to ensure precision and the highest quality in every task. You will become an important part of a tight-knit team of 15 colleagues. The production environment is characterized by strong team spirit and a culture where we constantly strive to develop our skills and processes.

Responsibilities

As an operator, you take overall responsibility for machine processing in a flexible production flow. Through regular rotation between milling, punching, and grinding, we maintain efficient and stimulating production. The working method is designed to avoid monotonous tasks and instead utilize and develop your versatile skills.

  • Milling in modern HAAS machines
  • Handling and programming of KIMLA milling tables
  • Punching with AMADA/Europe machines including tool changes
  • Interpretation and reading of technical drawings
  • Handling of software for machine control
  • Quality control and careful monitoring of production
  • Operational work at grinding machines as needed

We are looking for someone who

  • Has basic CNC education from YH (University College) or equivalent practical experience
  • Has good ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Has knowledge of machine programming
  • Has the ability to work carefully and take responsibility for the final result
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish for internal communication

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience with HAAS machines
  • Knowledge of KIMLA milling tables or AMADA punching machines
  • Broad industrial background with experience of different machine types
