We are now looking for a Group Manager for Property Services in Västervik
Do you want to lead an engaged team within Property Services and contribute to creating safe and well-maintained residential areas? Then this might be the role for you.
You will be responsible for customer contact and leading various teams, serving as the natural point of contact for the Delivery Manager. The work is varied and social. You will work independently and have great freedom to solve the challenges you face on your own.

As a Group Manager for Property Services, you will have a managerial and leadership role for personnel involved in internal and external property maintenance as well as property repairs. In your role, you will be responsible for inspiring and creating engagement among employees and providing them with the conditions for their development.
Your main tasks:
- Lead and develop employees, responsible for working environment, resource planning, staffing, and task distribution
- Ensure services are delivered according to contract with high quality and customer satisfaction
- Budget and profit responsibility for the group, as well as responsibility for driving variable sales and customer collaborations according to set goals to achieve profitability and growth
- Report to and collaborate with the Delivery Manager in, for example, budget work and business planning
- Handle administration and invoicing as well as time registration and follow-up
- Calculate and prepare quotes for additional and supplementary services
- Work in close collaboration with manager colleagues, customer managers, accountants, and property managers to ensure good customer care
- Maintain contact with residents and boards
You contribute with your competence and commitment
We are looking for you who have an academic education from a university or college relevant to the position, or alternatively have acquired equivalent competence through many years of work experience in the industry. You have several years of experience in personnel responsibility as well as profit and budget responsibility.
You are accustomed to leading people in change work and have a genuine interest in both employees and customers. You have the ability to see and meet our customers' needs in a business-like manner while simultaneously developing and supporting our employees, both as a group and as individuals. By focusing on creating the right conditions for our employees, you contribute to us getting the best out of the organization and that our customers perceive us as professional in our delivery.
It is important that you are social and have the ability to create an open and trusting dialogue, both internally and externally. You are a driving, communicative, and clear leader who works in a business-like manner and builds good relationships. Furthermore, we see that you as a leader have good self-awareness, are aware of your strengths and areas for development, and understand how your behavior affects others. This enables you to create engagement, trust, and good conditions for collaboration and development.
You have good computer skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. The position requires a Category B driver's license and access to a personal car.
About the position
The position is a permanent full-time employment with Västervik as the location.
