We are now looking for an engaged and attentive colleague for our client, who lives just outside Visby. The client is a man in his 30s with Down syndrome. He does not speak and needs your sense of security in all aspects of his daily life.

What do the shifts look like?

The work is varied, and the shifts are divided into:

• Day shifts (08:30–16:30): You start the day at the client's home. Together, you take transport to the day activity center where you are present during the day, and then take transport back home.

• Evening and night shifts (16:30–08:30): You relieve the day staff at the home during the evening, night, and morning until the next shift begins. This shift includes 9 hours of waiting time (on-call).

• Weekend work: During weekends, 24-hour shifts also occur.

Who are you?

Gender does not matter – your personality is what counts! We are looking for someone who is genuinely attentive and engaged. Since we value long-term employment, we would appreciate it if you wanted to be a stable presence in the client's life over a longer period. Since the client expresses himself largely through sounds and the noise level near him can occasionally be high, it is important that you thrive in a noisy environment and are not sound-sensitive.

Qualifications: Previous experience with epilepsy is a significant plus.
