We are looking for
We are looking for you who are a trained nurse assistant with at least two years of experience. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with postoperative or surgical care. We place great importance on personal qualities. As a person, you are structured, self-initiative, and flexible, and you value collaboration.
What you will work with
The work on the Post-OP unit is varied and educational. Here you meet patients of all ages with a wide variety of surgical procedures. All surgical specialties are represented. On Post-OP, we primarily care for inpatients who have undergone major surgical procedures and require more advanced and longer monitoring and nursing care. This places demands on your previous background and experience.
We provide 24/7 care 365 days a year. We also serve the entire hospital with, among other things, central venous catheter (CVC) insertions, where the nurse assistant assists together with one of our anesthesiologists. We work in a team-based and patient-centered manner at our clinic.

Information about the position
We offer a permanent full-time position. Start date according to agreement.
Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
