The Community Development Administration is responsible for catering and facility maintenance, development, urban planning and building permits, parks and green areas, streets, water, and waste. Over 300 employees work here to make Ystad a great municipality to live, work, and thrive in.

Job Responsibilities

As a cleaner, you are responsible for creating clean, pleasant, and welcoming environments. Using cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and various machines, e.g., floor scrubbers, you contribute to workplaces that promote both well-being and a good working environment.

The work includes cleaning of, for example, schools, offices, and sanitary facilities. You may work in different units within the municipality, which provides variety in the work while maintaining a stable and secure employment.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who meet the following requirements:

• Have at least one year of documented experience as a cleaner, or another position that the employer considers equivalent.
• Have very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Hold a Category B driver's license for manual transmission.

It is an advantage if you have access to your own car, SRY- or PRYL-certification.
