The position involves working as a casual employee in Regionservice, which means you will support the Local Cleaning Unit with your skills in daily operations. This is a role that offers great variety and change.

The Local Cleaning Unit is a team of 45 people who clean the hospital's other areas, such as receptions, the operating department, offices, toilets, changing rooms, and more. The cleaning department has a disinfection cleaning team that performs all disinfection cleaning. We are on-site 365 days a year between 06:00 and 15:00, and some tasks are performed around the clock.

Responsibilities

We offer casual employment as a baseline. This means that the number of working hours per week may vary.

As a Cleaner, you work with cleaning and local care of receptions, wards, office spaces, and common areas. Patient-proximate cleaning and disinfection cleaning are also included.

The work takes place in a hospital environment, and you work side by side with, among others, nurses, doctors, assistant nurses, and caretakers. In your daily work, you also have contact with the patients who are present in the premises.

Since we operate Monday through Sunday, working hours may include weekends, evenings, and nights. Working hours can vary starting as early as 06:00. Since most shifts start at 06:00, it is of utmost importance that you can be on site when the shift begins.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and computer literate. The position requires very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have cleaning training, SRY, Danish Hygiene Standard, INSTA800, and/or work experience in cleaning. Previous experience in cleaning is also an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing good service and wants to help create a good and pleasant care environment for the patients in Skåne. A good attitude and a high level of service are crucial for the patient's hospital stay. Therefore, we want you to be positive, accommodating, and have a genuine interest in the cleaning profession. It is also important that you are responsible and meticulous in your work. If you recognize yourself in this description, we will get along well! Personal suitability is given great weight.

All positions fall under the Collective Agreement Area HÖK Kommunal.

The salary range for new hires is between 22,500 SEK and 26,500 SEK.
