The assignment is ultimately about driving growth while maintaining quality and profitability, in a business where technology, customer value, and long-term perspective go hand in hand. The role spans the entire company – from strategy and commercial development to organization and culture, with a special focus on strengthening the international business, developing markets and products, and realizing the potential in a more scalable structure.

The location is in Västernorrland, with clear presence in the operations in Kramfors.
