About the Assignment

As a Senior Interim Manager, you have overall responsibility for the facility's operations, results, and development. You will step into a business where your leadership will be crucial in ensuring stable operations and continued development.

The assignment is initially time-limited, with good opportunities for extension or continued cooperation for the right person.

You will work both operationally and strategically – from daily production to budget, personnel, and improvement work – and are expected to quickly take ownership of the role.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and safe operations from day one.
• Lead and develop production with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Be responsible for budget, cost monitoring, and results.
• Coach and support the organization in daily work.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive change initiatives.
• Ensure deliveries according to plan and set goals.
• Manage dialogue with external parties such as suppliers and authorities.
• Act in crisis situations and ensure continuity in operations.
• Be responsible for staffing, working environment, and structure on site.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a technical background, preferably within process, chemical, or manufacturing industry.
• Has several years of experience leading operations within industry/production.
• Is accustomed to stepping into new environments and quickly creating structure and trust.
• Has strong business acumen and experience with P&L responsibility.
• Has good technical understanding and a solution-oriented approach.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
